Subject: Not too bad for a review, but not a complete lesson, either.
I think this lesson provides a good basic understanding of one-dimensional kinematics. It does not replace a teacher's explanation, labs, and guided practice, however.

This lesson needs other representations of motion, such as motion maps and more graphs, to make it a stand-alone lesson. I think a few more problems would be needed, too.

Since I do not know the author's intent I am not judging too harshly. It may be the author intended for this lesson to review basic concepts that have already been read about or taught to a student.
